One of the this I love about living in Barcelona is the varied entertainment and nightlife that you can get to. This month of course Beyonce is coming to town and while this is exciting - it's not as exciting to me as the one, the only, Oscar Barón and Scarelvis Band!!!!


I love tribute bands they are so gloriously tacky and fun, give me a Abba tribute and I will be there singing Dancing Queen at the top of my voice, the Beatles, Meatloaf, Bryan Adams, Queen the list is endless - it's almost more fun to go to one of these than the real thing.





But back to Oscar Barón and Scarelvis Band obviously they are an Elvis Tribute and they are playing tomorrow night at Bikini, tickets are about 18 Euros how good is that.


I have to say I am seriously tempted to go, hubby is looking at me like i'm mad but he does have a bit of a soft spot for Elvis - I showed him the picture of Oscar up above and he said he's wearing a copy of a Las Vegas 1968 comeback concert outfit !!! And how does he know this I hear you ask ( well not really but you know what I mean), my hubby once won a Elvis impersonation singing contest.........in Las Vegas........in Cesars Palace....... against people who where all dressed up as Elvis !!!!! He got a medal and everything, and was totally ignored by the people he was there with. he he he.


So if you are at a loose end tomorrow you could do a lot worse than going to this concert - just remember not to step on my Blue Suede Shoes !!
