We are either incredibly intuitive people who know how to pick a good bar, easily pleased or, all the bars in spain are just good!
This morning took us on our travels to Gava town, about the same distance from Gava Mar to Castelldefels playa so we did not feel that we were cutting back on the exercise!

Gava town I will talk about at some point later, but it is a busy little town with plenty of bars to explore. I can see this job of finding the perfect breakfast is going to go on for years!!
The bar, El Canto this morning was very busy but we managed to find a couple of free seats convieniently place at the bar. Good choice we could see them preparing the food, itself a facinating procedure with the care and attention given. We ordered our cafe con leche and ham and cheese croissant that I can definetely say until now, has the most ham and cheese in a croissant that I have ever seen! Not for the faint hearted but who's counting calories? Nope not us, we are working them off again with the cycling!! Who are we kidding?

Anyway this bar, El Canto offers a pleasant atmosphere to go and enjoy your morning breakfast, with a friendly quick service.
Sven says a definite 9 out of 10! I tend to agree!
