Now I cannot say either way whether this is good, or bad but I happen to drive past this campsite often and I think it offers a cheap alternative to staying in a hotel in Barcelona. Also a lot of you like camping and it can actually be great fun with the kids! I would say that the 3 Estrellas camping sitealthough outside of Barcelona offers a great alternative to staying in the city of Barcelona. The campsite is situated just off the autovia in Gava-Mar so you have the advantage that, you can just hop onto a bus into Barcelona city and be there in half an hour. Near to the sea, you can really combine that sightseeing trip to Barcelona along with a relaxing time by the pool at the camsite or a dip in the beautiful mediterranean sea.
