Most kids will enjoy a day at an amusement park and the Tibidabo in Barcelona is a great place to take them. My kids had the time of their lves when they visited Tibidabo last summer and are forever pestering for a return visit!
This legendary traditional Spanish amusement park on the Tibidado Mountain overlooking Barcelona has been in existence for over a hundred years. It occupies the highest point of the city and has spectacular views across Barcelona and out to sea, especially if you take a ride on the Watch Tower which reaches 550m above sea level. The large site offers numerous other often traditional and unusual rides for both adults and children, including a mono-railway, water ride, simulated airplane flight and a giant ferris wheel.
