Now I am not one to easily put off doing my exercise!!! Ha ha!! Today was however the perfect excuse not to get on the bike and just take a leisurely stroll to the J.A.S. cafe in Gava-Mar! Our new friends Keith and Christine, parents of Barcelona blogger Alex, you know Alex also of Glitz Blog fame Well they are off back to england today and of course we wanted to wish them a safe trip and make sure that they had not lost anymore passports or had any other mishaps and would actally be leaving
So today took us back to our famous haunt of the past year where you are guranteed to receive a perfect cup of my favourite italian Illy coffee. Although today I did not eat a croissant I consider myself to be an expert on the delicious food that you can order here.

They offer a wide selection of both savoury and sweet delights! Our favourite having to be the absoultely fantastic Napolitanas filled with either cheese and ham or tuna. My mouth waters at the very thought of them! This wonderful cafe situated in the main street of Gava-Mar is not to be missed if you are ever in the area. Sure that lots of people already know it very well as it is always busy, the service is good and always friendly.
Anyone, coming from Barcelona for a day at the beach in Gava-Mar can pick up their fresh "boccodillos" and save themselves the trouble of making a pic-nic.

It goes without saying, I mean there is a good reason that we go here often, J.A.S receives on every level a 10 out of 10!!
